Executive & leadership coaching

Leadership can be hard to think through alone.

One-to-one and group coaching for experienced leaders who feel stuck, need to make a decision or want to change what happens next.

Juliette Stephens, executive and leadership coach at Nathan Clare Advisory

You may be here because:

  • You have an important decision to make.
  • A team or relationship issue keeps bothering you.
  • You have stepped into a bigger role.
  • Something needs to change in how you lead.
  • You are unsure what should come next.

You do not need to arrive with the answer. Bring something you want to understand, decide or change.

What coaching gives you

Coaching gives you space to think out loud, see what may be keeping you stuck and decide what to do next.

I listen, ask questions and challenge your thinking when it helps. You make the decision and choose the action you are ready to take.

Choose the right way to work

One-to-one coaching

How it works

  1. 1. Start with a 30-minute conversation

We will discuss what is happening, what you want from coaching and which format would help most.

  2. 2. Agree how we will work

One-to-one coaching usually begins with a block of six sessions.

For group coaching, we agree the purpose, participants and format before we begin.

  3. 3. Work on what matters now

Each session focuses on a real decision, challenge or change. You leave with something clear to consider, practise or do.

Coaching may be right for you if:

  • You want space to think.
  • You are open to being challenged.
  • You want to understand or change something.
  • You are prepared to act on what you discover.
  • You want to learn with other leaders or work through a shared team challenge.
