Last updated: 1 September 2026
These terms apply when you use nathanclare.com. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Who operates this website
This website is operated by Nathan Clare Advisory, a trading name of Nathan Clare Consultants Limited, company number 06765287, registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Greetwell Place, 2 Lime Kiln Way, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN2 4US, United Kingdom. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
You can contact us at hello@nathanclare.com.
Accepting and using the website
You may read the website and use its free resources for your own personal or internal business purposes. Please use the website lawfully and in a way that does not affect other people's use of it. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for that organisation.
The website is general information
The content here describes our services and shares general thinking about leadership, growth and business decisions. It is general information, not personalised business, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances.
We try to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not promise that it always will be, and content may change without notice.
In plain English
Useful reading, not a recommendation for your situation. Talk to us before acting on it.
Paid services are governed by separate agreements
Coaching, advisory work, Future Readiness assessments, Growth Bottleneck Intensives, workshops and any other paid service are provided under a separate agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, cancellation and liability. Nothing on this website forms that agreement or creates a client relationship, and where the two differ, the separate agreement applies to that work.
No promise of a particular result
Every business and every leader is different. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any particular commercial, financial or personal outcome. Examples of past work are illustrative only and do not indicate what will happen in your business.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, page designs, frameworks, diagnostics and other materials on this website belong to us or are used with permission.
You may read the website, and print or download extracts and free resources, for your own personal or internal business use. Please do not republish, sell, licence or commercially exploit our materials, remove our attribution, or present them as your own, without our written permission. Our trading name and logo may not be used without our permission.
Acceptable use
When using this website, please do not:
- use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its accounts or the systems behind it
- introduce viruses or other harmful code
- attempt to disrupt or overload the website, including automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it
- submit information through our forms that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission
- submit confidential client, employee, financial or other sensitive information through general website forms
If the website is misused, we may restrict access to it and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.
For review: The acceptable-use wording above should be confirmed in legal review, including whether any further reporting or suspension rights are needed.
Links to other websites and services
Some links and buttons take you to other services, such as scheduling, meeting, form and payment providers. We include them because they are useful, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Please read their terms before using them.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or withdraw parts of the website, and we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the terms that apply are the ones published when you use the website. We do not promise the website will always be available or uninterrupted.
Our responsibility to you
We provide this website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss you suffer from relying on the general information here, or from the website being unavailable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Liability for paid advisory or coaching work is dealt with in the agreement for that work, not here.
For review: The liability wording above is intentionally moderate and should be confirmed in legal review against our insurance cover and client agreements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about your use of this website.
